Employee Self Service Protal (ESS)

Accessing  ESS for the First Time. 

Visit  (save this URL for future use) from or any internet connected device, it is suggested to do this from a computer, opposed to a phone, the first time. 

Retrieve your username. Click "Log In" on the top right, then click "Forgot your username?". Enter the email address you have previously received your pay stub. This will send you an email, indicating your username, that you will need to remember for future use.

If you receive an error of "An account with this email address was not found." You will need to follow up with HR to get an email associated with your Employee Profile.

Return to the log in page, use the username from the last step, and the last four of your social security number as the password, then click "Log in".

The first time you will be asked to change your password, in the future you can perform self-service password resets, by using the "Forgot your password?"

Once logged in, you can view current paycheck information in the fourth section of the main Employee Self Service webpage, and under "Pay/Tax Information" on the menu on the left.

Once you have successfully logged in for the first time, you can download the ESS Mobile App (iTunesGoogle Play). Use the video's below to see how to setup and use the app.
